the List
The way I stay on track with my life is with a list. Every morning I make a list of habits and things I need to complete in order for the day to be a success in my eyes. This list varies from day to day, but the majority of it is the same. It is in line with my long-term goals, split into simple steps that I complete on a daily basis to maintain the consistency of following my dreams. I have realized, that the days I give power to the list, are the days I give power back to myself. The days that I don't complete the list, are the days that I take power away from myself. The List I create every morning represents a version of myself attempting to achieve my fullest potential, so when I complete the list I KNOW I did everything I could. That's how we beat the game, we do everything in our power to achieve our fullest potential. Nothing and NO ONE can stop you on this path. Give power to the List and you give power back to yourself.
