On the road to progress, it is how you start your day which sets the tone. That morning routine that you have for yourself is crucial for a healthy lifestyle. Simply not giving into distractions as soon as you wake up and focus on yourself will allow you to go through your day with purpose. It is in the morning when I start to take back my life. It is in the mornings when I reflect on the day before and take charge of the day ahead.
